Drove over 2 hours to look at a used mower (2015 with 109 Hours) told be it was ready to go. Tom Self never mentioned the noisy idler. As soon has I brought it up he tells me he's not dealing with me and walks off. The people in parts and service seemed knowledgeable and polite. But due to the salesman's poor attitude I will be taking my money elsewhere.
We drove out from KC to look at a used mower. Believe it was Tom we worked with and looked the mower over. Guy said it had gone through their shop full service. Original filters on it and not one grease zerk hit. They might have changed the oil. So went out and drove it and Tom comes out upset and tells us to leave because he doesn't want to deal with us as I might have questioned the shops service quality. Sorry but when I spend money in the thousands I like to make sure it is well spent. Maybe it was just this one guy but when you drive that far to buy something they tell you is one thing and it turns out to be another your business is not doing the right thing. Had it listed as 26 HP and it was 23 which to me makes a difference. Simple things people selling equipment should have a handle on. Spend your money and time elsewhere.
