The people are really friendly to talk to, but the loading is very very slow. I sat for over 10 hours just to take it to Springfield, MO. i had an emergency at home I needed to attend to but my company wouldn't allow me to leave until it was done. I was there at 10am and didn't leave until 10PM....it was around 6 pm when I asked when it'll be ready? "10PM"
They've also made a number of signs to tell drivers that they have a microwave, and no, you cannot use it.
Arrived 4hrs early and they still accepted me in. Got me in the dock and took them only half an hour to unload, Super Fast Crew! And very friendly. They take the time to explain what is needed in a very courteous way. I wish all shippers are like them! Would love to go back.
They also will not call you when your load is ready, you have to check in on it. So you could easily end up being up for hours just checking on your load regularly.
When you get here, you drop on their lot across the street. They will take your trailer and load it. It's ok because you can order delivery from town, but it gets 3 stars because the only toilet is in the guard shack and it's among the worst I've ever seen.
I asked if they can help me out cause I have a family member dying at home I need to get to and they said they'll get more people to work on it but still didn't get done until 10PM. I'm never coming back ever again....
Have to wait a long time for a load, no food within walking distance, truck parking,
The guard is rude the place is dark so you can't see anything. Then you have to go to 3 different places before you can even pick up.
