Clerk didn't want to do her job and told me to do my subscription online. Don't have a computer, she was adamant that she was NOT going to help me. I only wanted to read my friend's obituary. My customer service experience was not good. Both ladies were very polite, just not willing to take my information so I could read the news as I wish.
