Delivering 12 hours late (8am-8pm)
Drop and hooked here twice. Both times the load was ready when I got there or soon after. Bobtail parking available.
I haven't been to the facility itself. Always drop empty in drop lot and pick up preload.
Lot is Dusty gravel. Weigh station in front of lot exit is 11 bucks. No credit cards accepted
Arrived early (1100) and got put in a door right away. 3hrs later I go to check what the delay is, well my appointment wasn't until 1400 even though they tell me my load is on the floor, we're busy....lol, more like lazy
1 star as usually for Americold 6 hours loading.
Have big parking for night

Still take load without any problem
Early and no one was here still waited 5hr to get loaded. I say come prepared and save your diesel they will have you waiting.
