Terrible service! Walked in the door with my husband and 3 children when 2 workers are talking by the register, I said hello and they just looked at me. Didn't offer any help or even a simple hello. I just take my business somewhere else.
Cashier talking to co worker telling her she's been here 8 years and nothing works with someone because she would rather talk about her "stuff" than help a customer. Also, her greeting upon entering the store "what do you want" was a little less than kosher for me, as i was looking for a certain brand of shoes that turns out aren't available here. It's okay not very many good selection.
I went in last night to buy shoes and was the only customer in the store. The employee working asked if she could help. I told her I needed a wide woman's shoe. She told me to look at men's shoes and walked away. No matter what I said to her I could not get help. At the same time she thought it was appropriate to smart off to my husband & tell him she was out of shoes. Someone she knew came in & they walked into the back room with a small group of children. We left & shall never return. We had driven over an hour to visit this store just to be treated like we were worthless! It was approximately 5:30p.m. Jan 30th. This employee needs to be fired! If she treated us this way how has she treated others?
