They should not even get a star at all. If you have any smarts at all you will take this advice and stay clear away for PRW and Marshall Reality. They will not give anyone there deposits back on the homes you rent. I found out the hard way. Lessen learned on my part. If you do work for them they will not pay you. They will rip you off. Worst place possible to go for anything. They also don't want to pay from the work that people do on there homes. I just sided a hole house and put doors in and no money. They are robbing the contractors and then turning around and getting payed for selling the home. They get money from both side's. If I had the money I would file the paperwork to put a lean on or sue them. Hope people get wise with this company.
they don't even deserve a star. the worst possible experience when trying to buy a home that we ended up not being able to purchase due to the seller misty conner. if she is selling the house or listed on it better bet you wont end up being able to buy the house she will ruin your chance and buying a house. communication with our realtor, office staff, and with the bank was minimal and very frustrating. there were a lot of "I don't know" answers and being a first time home buyer that is not very comforting. I will exhaust every other realtor/company in the marshall area before I go back to marshall realty.
The closing was fast but we believe we were lied to in regard to foundation. Please make sure you don't just accept a "The foundation guy said it was OK." Make sure you get outside written reports from someone who is not a friend to someone there.
