I recently had my flooring installed and the flooring is on concrete foundation and it is not laying down and is sinking in the depressions when walked on and returning back to the level of the rest of the flooring. This is not what I was expecting and am dissatisfied with the product. As far as the installation I’m sure it was installed properly up to the point of the quarter round trim and it doesn’t match the flooring and stands out like a sore thumb
