You can stop sending me bills.

Sorry Heartland. Had you been on top of your game you would have shipped, billed insurance and gotten paid when you needed to. Your delays, however, are not my responsibility. The responsibility for collecting insurance for supplies sold is yours. I did everything I could and you got further and further behind.

Heartland refuses to take responsibility for THEIR LATENESS. They've also never, ever called me back according to my records. At least not from their published number(s)

I'd give them zero stars if I could.

They also never sent the September 2017 order as Karen promised.

They screwed around too long and missed their window to file on my insurance before it was replaced with new insurance. Yet they continue to send me a bill. How was I supposed to know that after sending me seven shipments of supplies that the eighth shipment would actually be "automatic"? I figured I didn't have to cancel with them because in two years time they could never (or would never) automatically send me my supplies.

Never had any problems since heartland took over. Went there to get stuff for cpap and pay bills, tried to tax supplies, and couldn't find the bills. Danielle found one of the bills to get paid was told by heartland employee there was nothing under my name but got a bill in thr mail!!! How does that happen???

My supplies arrived later and later and never did show up on schedule without intervention from me. It's not like they ever said "There's just no way we can do that" — no — each time I asked if they would simply ship my supplies and bill my insurance every 90 days and they said Yes. But it never happened — that is — until both my insurance and CPAP supply provider changed. THAT is when they decided to send me 2nd quarter 2017 supplies to me AUTOMATICALLY. Yeah. It took them two + years to finally do what they said they'd do but alas, it was too late.

I had 100% insurance coverage for this. You neglected to file on time.

Wow. What a total nightmare this place is. They told me for almost 3 years that they would automatically send my CPAP supplies to me once a quarter like my previous provider did. Every quarter I would have to call them and remind them to do what they said they'd do on their end, yet failed.

►►►UPDATE December 22, 2017. This company is still pursuing me for a bill from 2nd QTR 2017. I had insurance this quarter, they shipped out LATE as usual. They missed the deadline to file insurance and now want to make me compensate them for that mistake.

The only one that knows how to do anything is Danielle, who was from remedies in Carrollton
