What An outstanding service from the Jim man himself. Has always taken very good care of me when it comes to my automotive needs. Also the only air conditioned shop in Marshall!
Very unprofessional. Had my transmission rebuilt and two days later it messed up had to take it back in then a few months later we moved to Mississippi and only to get there and it go out yet again. When we called because supposedly it was under warranty for a year. He told us we had to bring it back to Missouri or there was nothing he could do. Please someone tell me how you am supposed to bring a truck back 950 miles when it won't move a foot. He needs to stand behind his work.
